- Full denture – Used when none of the natural teeth can be saved and will sit over the gums as a completely new set of teeth.
- Partial denture – When only a few natural teeth are missing, a partial denture can be created. They can be added onto a traditional dental palette and fitted with teeth where they are missing.
- Implants – Technology is continuing to advance which means that implants are now an option. Dental implants are permanent, and they are more effective for speaking and chewing too.

There are so many options for false teeth, and they are so natural looking that they blend in with your existing teeth. With more advances in technology, they fit better so they almost feel like your natural teeth. They have certainly come a long way since they first started out many years ago and as the years progress, they will only get better and better.
