Jaime and Tiziana opened JB Denture Clinic in Bristol in September 2013.The clinic achieves early success, drawing patients locally and beyond, with positive word-of-mouth referrals and collaborations with dental practices in Bristol for denture cases.
June 2017
Jaime and Tiziana opened JB Dental Clinic in Bath in June 2017.Inspired by Bristol's success, they establish a Prosthetics Clinical Dental Technicians service in Bath, aiming to deliver the ultimate dental experience in a welcoming and clinical environment.

Jaime is a GDC registered Clinical Dental Technician. Originally from the Bristol area, he qualified at Cardiff University in Dental Technology in 2003 before then undertaking his CDT training at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada and the Royal College of Surgeons in London, England.

He takes great pride in seeing the difference his work makes to his patients’ lives. Jaime has been working with dentures since 1998 and is highly experienced in tailoring them for patients who have often struggled to wear dentures comfortably in the past by providing a full range of solutions to denture wearers; whether it be full or partial dentures, implant supported over dentures or, where required, fixed solutions. In 2010 Jaime moved to London where he successfully ran a cosmetic denture clinic in Wimbledon while also working for a prestigious private dental referral practice in South London undertaking all the denture works for their three practices. In September 2013 Jaime moved back to Bristol and opened his own denture clinic and laboratory called JB Denture Clinic, while still working on Immediate Load Implant cases with various dentists in London, Reading, Bristol & Bath. In June 2017 Jaime opened his second Clinic, JB Dental & Denture Clinic in Bath.

In his spare time Jaime enjoys travelling various sports and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.

Gary has worked in dentistry since 1975 when he started his apprenticeship at Broughton’s Dental laboratory in Bath. He then went on to qualify at Cardiff University with a city and guilds certificate in Dental Technology in 1979. Gary then specialised in Crown and Bridge dentistry and after a short while managed the laboratory from 1983. He then opened his own successful laboratory in the city centre of Bath in 2009 before bringing his wealth of experience to the team at JB Dental & Denture Clinic in 2020.

Gary enjoys music and antiques and is an avid collector of militaria in his spare time.

Georgina earned her degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Plymouth before graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2017.

Originally from Bristol, she relocated to Salisbury in 2018 and began working in special care dentistry services for individuals with additional needs and doing home visits before moving back to general practise in Bristol.

Georgina takes a holistic approach to dentistry and has a particular interest in treating periodontal disease and patients with dental anxiety. To further her knowledge, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Periodontology, as she firmly believes that healthy gums form the foundation of a good smile and painless eating. Georgina focuses on preventative and minimally invasive dentistry and stays up to date with the latest techniques and advancements. She offers aesthetic orthodontic treatments through the Quick Straight Teeth system and Invisalign.

When not working, Georgina enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her two lovely dogs, Flick and Goose.

Nyla graduated from The University of Glasgow in 2008 and has worked in NHS and private practice and previously lived in Glasgow prior to moving to Bath in 2013. Nyla has a passion for practicing preventive dentistry and minimally invasive dentistry and enjoys providing aesthetic composite resin restorations and aesthetic indirect restorations for her patients. Nyla is currently completing a Masters in Restorative Dentistry at The University of Birmingham.

Communication is key and her goal is to help patients feel at ease when visiting the practice, therefore more connected with their oral health and treatment options. She believes that this in turn will enable anxious patients to feel more comfortable in surgery and will support all patients to maintain good oral health.

In her spare time, Nyla enjoys gardening, art, cycling and cooking, and most importantly spending time with her husband and children.

Kim qualified as a dental nurse in May 2007, gaining a NEBDN certificate.

Having worked as a dental nurse in the Bath area since 2001, she joined JB dental clinic in February 2023.

Kim is passionate about assisting in general dentistry and being part of good working teams serving the Bath community and their dental care needs, while also continuing to update her knowledge in new dentistry evolutions and health and safety procedures to ensure, the best service is provided to our patients.

Kim looks forward to continuing her career in dental nursing, working amongst a great team and working for the dental care needs of our wonderful patients.

Kevin graduated from Dundee University Dental School in 1999, following which he completed his Vocational Training year in Poole. He then moved to Bath and worked as a general dentist from 2000 to 2022. He has always found the most enjoyable part of dentistry to be Prosthetics. The ability to provide a patient with an appliance which improves their oral health, chewing ability and smile has always been the most rewarding. He therefore made the decision to move away from general practice to work in a more specialised capacity, joining JB Dental & Denture Clinic in March 2022. Kevin has a wealth of experience dealing with patients and also very much enjoys hearing about their life.

Kevin’s social activities mostly involve sporting interests, including football, snooker and pool. He also enjoys walking, travelling, live music gigs, and going to the cinema.

Simon is originally from East London where he grew up. Fully qualified since 2013 with the Royal College of Surgeons and Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery, Simon’s background has enabled him to be very competent in smile design and diagnostics.

Simon completed his training firstly as a dental technician in London’s West End in Harley Street. After over 20 years of working closely with consultants specialising in tooth replacement using implants, he is now applying his knowledge and understanding here in Bristol as a Clinical Dental Technician.

Simon is highly experienced in providing cosmetic dentures to his patients by giving advice in a friendly, caring and professional manner. Simon’s advanced knowledge helps him solve even the most challenging of denture problems and offers that much needed reassurance that the dentures he creates will more than meet with his patients’ expectations.

In his spare time Simon enjoys drawing, running and the gym. He is also a keen pool and snooker player as well as a keen traveller with a special interest in Asia.

Originally from Colombia, Juliette graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the Fundacion Universitaria San Martin, Bogota, Colombia in 2011. She then worked at a local dental clinic, treating both children and adult patients. In 2015 she obtained a degree covering all areas of government policy, with a focus on dental health provision and children’s social care and her thesis on nutrition in infancy. Upon arriving in the UK in 2017, Juliette decided to pursue her career in dentistry, and has been a registered Dental Care Professional since 2021, now working as a dental hygienist and therapist.

Juliette is passionate about dental care and providing excellent support to her patients and the dental team. She has several years of experience, both in the public and private sector.

Juliette loves learning about European history, visiting new places and spending time with her family.

Tiziana has extensive experience in Marketing and business management both within and outside dentistry and has now been working alongside Jaime at JB Dental & Denture Clinic since 2013, first in the Bristol branch and then in the Bath branch.

Tiziana, as Practice Manager, has the overall responsibility for the running of the clinic, including the overseeing of the reception area and being the first point of contact for our patients. She enjoys meeting and getting to know our patients and making them always feel welcome and relaxed.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling with her family, the theatre and languages.

Georgina started working as a Dental Receptionist in June 2016 and has gained experience in that time to help nervous patients through their dental journeys. Progressing to Head Dental Receptionist.
Over the years she has gained extensive experience working in practices that vary in their expertise, from cosmetic dentistry to specialist Periodontists and Implantologists.
Georgina joined JB Dental in April 2024 where she extended her experience on denture options and care. She has since been an integral part of the JB dental team and enjoys seeing the care the clinicians and dental technicians have for the work and the patients.
Time is given for patients in appointments to be heard and feel supported on their dental visits, which assists Georgina in her role to provide good patient care before and after appointments with confidence.

Coming from Devon Georgina enjoys visiting Devon and Cornwall frequently for long weekends with her husband and her dog Floki, to walk the beautiful coastlines.
Live music and art gallery visits are a must along with getting to enjoy the great friends she has made in Bath since moving here in 2013.
